  • What is your return and exchange policy?
    • All damaged/incorrect/missing items must be reported within 48 hours of package arrival. No refunds or returns on Custom items or opened apparel. In the event of an incorrect custom item being shipped (misspelled name, color, etc.,) a replacement of the exact same item with corrected information will be provided.

      Items damaged from misuse/improper care will not be replaced or refunded. All items come with care instructions to avoid improper care that may cause damage to items.
  • Do you accept orders from outside the US?
    • Yes, with some exceptions. Due to new regulations on importing goods, as of January 1, 2020 I am no longer shipping to the UK. I am sorry for any inconvenience. Any orders from the UK placed after this date will be refunded.

      As of July 1, 2021, orders placed within in EU may be subject to new taxes and tariffs at the border, or may be canceled and refunded.

      For everywhere else, it is the buyer's responsibility to pay for any taxes or tariffs imposed at the border. International shipping can take a long time, and some packages may be held at the border until relevant tariffs are paid by the purchaser. This is not under my control, so please know how importing goods works in your country before placing an order.
  • How long will it take it receive my order?
    • Packing and shipping may take between 1 day and a week, depending on current stock and Melde's convention schedule. Please allow longer for shipping on any made-to-order custom items.

      Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12+ weeks.
  • Covid-19 Shipping Delays
    • International shipping may take longer or may held at the border, depending on the country. Some places are not accepting international packages at this time. This is not under my control, so please make sure you know your country's mail status before placing an order. All packages are shipped from the United States.
  • Do you do custom artwork/ take commissions?
    • I am sometimes open for custom commissions. Please refer to my website to prices, terms, and commission openings.
